The tug Anny has been stationed in Västerås since 2017. She was built in 1908 in Arnhem, Holland and was then equipped with a 360 hp steam engine. She came to Sweden in 1951 and went to Kalix. She was sold to Husum in 1956. In the late 60's the engine was replaced by a 1200 hp Hedemora V12, the vessel was renovated and rebuilt with a new color scheme in 2000.

Ett vårtecken från i morse när Daisy åter står ute på plattan som ny efter vinterdvalan i hangar, vilket fantastiskt jobb gänget bakom Daisy gör för att hålla den vackra dam flygande.

A colleague told me how beautiful it was on the hill behind the church, I can only agree and there is something truly magical when the Swedish spring wakes up after a long winter.
